In an effort to utilize my time spent in orbit or flying in to a game, I am going to start tracking short workout bursts consisting of sit-ups, push-ups and burpees.
So why post this you might ask? I hope to encourage others to also start adding small workouts while gaming. Let me know what you're doing to stay active during loading screens.
