It was later in the possession of the Forerunners when they took up the mantle. However, the domain was completely destroyed as a result of the activation of halo around 100,000 B.C.

How can the domain be opened? Was it "closed"?

Edited by Clayman518: 6/14/2015 5:45:47 PMAs far as I know, the domain could be accessed from any Ecumene network in the Forerunner Empire. Imagine the domain as being like an inconceivably large wikipedia. But it can no longer be accessed since it was destroyed.
