Ohio or Michigan because of Cleveland and Detroit. Never seen a city as depressing as those two, and they look worse than Baltimore did during the riots.

Well I had to pick a state, and there's nothing I don't dislike more in any other state as those two cities in those two particular states.

You should check out Cincinnati or Columbus. They are MUCH better cities.
