Edited by Centurion: 6/14/2015 6:33:18 AMIts all good. I diet this food all the time. It a larg amount of steamed Veggies such as asparagus, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, and diced sweet Potato. Also, i baked chicken breast either with teriyaki , sesame oil, and a very little butter ( preferably the less unhealthy fats) , pan swear before baking ( locks the juices in). Last, my protein shake is mango, apples, banana, little ginger ( makes my D happy) , orange , pain yogurt, and whey protein powder. This is all good for me.
