How are people so good at sniping?!
I consider myself a decent sniper, but when I go into Crucible, I'm wrecked beyond belief. There are guys who headshot me the very second they scope in. It's -blam!-ing ridiculous! I don't understand how they do it!
EDIT: A lot of people are saying that they get their skill from Halo. However, I actually snipe very well in Halo, but not-so-well in Destiny.

Hidden hand and final round gets used by many, many snipers. That helps a lot.

They are not good as you think. For every kill , they miss one or two shots. And don't be fooled by those YouTube montage vids... It's all luck and long hours.

Protip: aim where their head is going to be, and use the right stick as little as possible.

It's about adjustment. Some players line up shots, while others just swing the rifle across the screen at the right moment. Watch my recent triple down vid above. The first is a slow aim followed by an instinctive aim. The third I just guesstimate where the opponent is running and swing the rifle along with him and fire. My reaction was more of suprise that after the first two went down, a third person decided to run across.

2 RepliesMost aren't, they camp snipe lanes and wait for unaware players to walk through them. There are some great ones but sounds like you are crossing through lanes often.

5 RepliesI'm good at sniping from battlefield. Compared to battlefield halo and destiny require no skill. The bullet goes exactly where you aim with practically no lag.

I was one of those try hards quick scoping trick shotting kids, so sniping is like second nature to me. My advice is to use Efrideets spear with Ambush scope, unflinching, snapshot, & final round.

Cod quick scoping mate Dip and shoot .. Let the aim assist do the rest.. Remember mw2 ? Same technique... And to make it perfect just use final round .... 1 shot kill anywhere and I can quick scope me as you rush shotgun ... Best gun= spear Unflinching / snapshot / final round Snapshot = slight of hand ( quick scopes) Your welcome
