Got up 7 hours ago to play destiny. Couldn't even sign in.
-Performed soft reset modem/router
-Performed hard factory reset of modem/router
-Re-entered all Xbox live and Destiny port forwarding
-Ran firmware updates
-Hard lined my console directly into my modem via CAT-6
Nothing I've tried worked. So I played ESO and Warframe instead. Experienced no issues connecting to (and maintaining a connect to) their servers at all... Xbox live party chat is even being uncharacteristically reliable.
About every two hours I'd flip back over to Destiny and try to login. Got the cattle error code every time. Still getting it even now.
It has to be the servers, but haven't heard a peep about it on the forums. So yea, anyone else on east coast U.S. unable to connect to Destiny servers? I'm in Ohio to be specific.

That sucks dude.. Destiny are seriously breaking my Xbox, because of the many hard reset the game are forcing me to do. For every weasel/beetle code, destiny just remove any Internet connection to the Xbox
