Let's see, I've scrapped 5 characters, with their own unique armor sets. 2 locks, 2 hunters, 1 Titan, all at max level when I scrapped them. Total completions only count for the times you run a raid from start to finish in one go, at least in my case otherwise that number would triple. When I'm bored I literally -blam!- around on raids for fun, half the time I go HAM on accident. Raids are my thing, main reasons why Hive and Vex are my easiest enemies. Your arguments are invalid, haven't you ever heard of people scrapping characters? It's actually really fun, and helps with testing out crucible balancing, there's no better place to practice the new "fixes" more like breaking, that bungie implements than playing as a extreme low level being heavily restricted. That PoE is right though, I honestly hate PoE.

You do realize your completions do not go down if you delete characters right? I've deleted 3 and they never went down. Total completions count anytime you kill Atheon or Crota even if you ONLY do that fight. I've already tested that as well. None of your arguments are valid. Nothing you said impacts your completions. Nothing you said makes them decrease. Anytime you kill the final boss even if you only do that checkpoint you will receive a completion. Unless of course you only run raids just to never finish them
