lighthouse should always be available ( a social hub to meet people who only want to do trials), but the chest can't be opened until you reach 5 wins w/out losing. Open it at 5 and get something decent or you can wait til 8 wins and get something better, or a perfect card to get the top tier item. Anytime you get a loss, the chest becomes locked until you achieve the wins needed to open it without losing on a new scorecard. Kinda like a game show, take the money run or gamble it all for something better. (this is just a fun thought, just in case people get butthurt about it ) Edit 1: Maybe the chests can be open at 3 wins, 6 wins and Perfect card, that way players not very good at PVP can easily get 3 wins and still feel accomplished.
