Destiny died when the weight shifted towards PvP and summoned the lag switchers. Destiny died when no more raids like VoG were announced. Destiny died when bungie trolled with Gjallerhorn in week 2. Destiny died when rng was implemented.

I'm assuming you believe that COD and battlefield haven't died? Millions play that still and its it's dead. They have been losing their consumers and destiny is as well, even more so with what activision is pulling. I can't believe how many people could ride this game for pve only. I enjoy pvp but pve is just repetitive as -blam!- and i can't see how anybody finds it fun. Sure first time around I enjoyed everything. Made new chars to enjoy the full experience. After that everything is a dull moment besides crucible. VOG might be the only think I play for fun on the pve side of things.
