I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN A FRIKEN GALLY!!!
After over 270 hours I still have not Got Gjallarhorn!!!
Have any suggestions for getting it?

Finally got one yesterday from the Prison of Elders 28 chest. There's no telling when it'll pop up. I hope RNGesus blesses you.

I finally got one today after roughly 400 hours in a random crucible game, after convincing myself I would never find one. Good things happen! Of course it's easy to say given how discouraged I was until today. But as I've found with destiny, I've almost always gotten what I've hoped for in time.

Best chance is from raiding. But if your not doing raids and endgame content I don't see why you need one anyway.
