Imagine...
Something has gone terribly wrong. It should have been a routine bug hunt in the PoE. Lights start flashing and now you have to escape. Cell doors are opening and you just have to get to the surface, to your ship. Standing and fighting means death. Speed counts, moving forward counts, no hiding for very long (unless you want to be swarmed).
Imagine the movies, "The Maze Runner" meets "Aliens" meets "Cabin in the Woods", in a new mode. Constant Movement, Kill what's in your path, find your way out, wrong turns means backtracking which means more enemies piling up to get to the correct turn. Every time the path changes. Progressively more difficult as you head to the surface as all the big bad are rushing there as well. Progress chests along the way, big "escape" chest at the top when you reach the hangar kill everything in the hangar and shut the doors. Nothing else escapes.
Story lead in for the future based on some Big Bad having escaped and hunting them down. Mode can be played in Fireteam of 1-3 with different difficulties. Able to pick up enemy weapons along the way (like Scorch Cannons) (great way for Bungie to see what people like to play with. Can test out weapon systems) Some weapons will fail when trying them out.
Edit: The maze of tunnels and scaffolding wouldn't be the only puzzle. There would be door lock puzzles that Dinklebot would need help with, or riddles scrawled on the walls from the prisoners hinting to secret passages and hidden loot.

Sounds interesting. And the raid would be going all the way back down through the prison to kill the one would orchestrated the whole shebang.
