i thought ESO was gonna kill Destiny?

From the comments below it seems like ESO is the biggest competition Destiny has had so far and it's not even a shooter.

Actually the 30 people on my list I usually see aging destiny haven't come back since, it's full of ESO. Much better game I just wanted to get on here and find one of these posts while sitting at work in the parking lot to get a chuckle.

Played the beta. I did not like the game. I am an ES fan. In all the other games you are the lone hero saving the realm. In the online version you are one of many heros running around killing stuff. I like destiny because I am part of an army of guardians pushing back against the darkness. I guess it was just not the experience I was looking for.

Dude that game is probly one of the best games for the new consoles I haven't stopped playing it since it came out. I've had a lot of fun with it

4 RepliesFrom what I see, the character movements and camera positioning remind me of the clunkiness of movement in GTA. ESO isn't nowhere near as smooth and fluent as Destiny......NEXT!!!!!!!

9 RepliesThat game dropped off the map long ago, this won't change anything. It'll have an influx due to just releasing, and it'll die just like on pc.

I've been playing it since launch. Been on Destiny for a minimum of time during the initial rush to get into TESO. Now that they've had a bit of maintenance on the servers, while log in times are still a bit long due to the popularity of the game, I've had no desire to come back to Destiny. If I could make a decent living playing TESO, I'd do it in a heartbeat. The game is that good.

1 ReplyI love ESO as much as Destiny, it's just the perspective of the player I play ESO because I enjoy the story and there are many things to in ESO, yea it has lags here and there but I don't mind it, same with Destiny I love it even when it kicks me out every hour with Baboon and the endless grind but I enjoy it. It's a game, play what you want.
