9-0 ----> 0-3 aka Pay it Forward
Challenge to Trials experts, if you go 9-0 this weekend after you're done with your trip to the lighthouse run a 0-3 card just to help people out. You'll get loads of messages of thanks and there's no massive need for you to get another flawless run. Last week I had a team who played hide and seek against us when we found them we got a free kill. Was equally as fun as some of the best competitive matches I've played.

Also instead of just gifting people the win why not post flawless, play three games of hide and seek.

Hmm no. Not going to lower my DTR, W/L, and K/D so that some kids that I don't even know have a higher chance of making it to the lighthouse. I prefer to just help out random people from forums at least three times per weekend so that they can make it while I still keep my stats up.

Why just only 0-3? I'll definitely be going 0-9 instead who cares about k/d or DTR rank, all I want to do is help crappy players get their rewards handed to them.

4 RepliesWhile I disagree with those who play just to deny others the chance to go to the lighthouse and find it a slimy way to get their jollies, I do not throw games. I will not disrespect people by throwing a match and stealing their sense of accomplishment. I realize some wouldn't care and just want to go to the Lighthouse. But it's the principle of the thing.

Ya know, since I'm never going to go flawless ever, I may actually try that. Just drop in solo, give them as good of a fight as I can, then die horrendously at the point of Efrideet's Spear and give them a win.

I wonder how hard it would have been for Bungie to implement a ladder system, kinda like hearthstone. Ex. 5-0 teams face roughly 5-1, 4-1, 5-2 teams. 1-0 teams face 0-0, 0-1, 0-2, 1-1, 1-2, 2-1 teams. Just a rough idea.
