[Orders from central command]
All Army units will increase field exercises by 70%. The Air Force will also increase training exercises. New equipment will be fielded and tested for the coming Liberation of earth. If the Marines and Navy will join operations all commanders are to work in tandem with their counter parts. All special forces, sniper teams, and other troops will be responsible for obtaining their missions from HQ. Recruitment and Conscription will increase and the training facilities will be active day and night. Ladies and Gentlemen for the first time in years we will be going to war, Prepared.

* I turn to the A.I.* I know, but it is necessary. The people need something to do, some cause to rally behind. Retaking earth is a good a cause as any. When the army is gone there will be little to defenses left on the planet, a few conscript battalions but that's it. I need a solution to that.
