Any advice on how to be a Skolas this week without gallys?
I want start by saying I have Gjallahorn but I'm trying to help a friend who doesn't have one, do it without using a Gjallahorn. Any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated.

One is better than none. You could try chaining supers if you have enough Titans so you can bubble. If you get in the right spot you can have 2 DPS and the 3rd solar shotgun adds that approach.

Go to left kill servitor. Do whatever damage you can to skolas. Move to other side when he gets close. Clear up adds while on that side. Move back to left side. Damage skolas. Keep doing this while you dismantle mines and swapping the tainted light. Do mines as a group. They dismantle quicker. Defender titan is great to have for middle mine. After the mines are done the second time you should be able to finish off skolas. When moving around from one side to the other keep going in 1 direction. Make a big circle. Use taint to time moves. Wait at one side until you need to trade taint then move to other side. Trade taint damage skolas/clean adds. Trade taint and move. Rinse repeat.

Simple. First week was arc and Skolas was beaten with Patience and Time. Last week was void and we did it with void Benevolence and LDRs and the occasional Truth. This week it's solar, so use Black Hammer. The strategy doesn't change, only the elemental weapon used to execute it.

Have him use Black Hammer if he got it...keeps Skolas staggered and helps prevent teleports

Do what you did for the past 2 weeks. Get a group of friends or post your own thing on the forums because most won't take you. I

Blackhammer you dont need a gjally, Also treat it like any other burn. U can kill him with a high impact sniper on arc and void, so u can do it on solar

Yeah here's one. Do the nightfall, Atheon, and crota. Pray your blessed with the gally, if not. Don't bother.

Black hammer (plus bubble) it's not needed though and just play smart and rotate you don't have to kill him in the first 30 second period
