That's easy. I'd find a magic lamp with a genie and because i can't wish for more wishes I'll wish for more genies to grant me wishes. Then I'll either wish for whatever is killing the flood to stop or not exist but if I can't do that then I'll just wish for 5 people at a time. Yup simple
