5 RepliesThe best rapper of all time is either Tupac, Biggie, or Nas. That's just me though. I think maybe as of 10 years ago, it was Eminem. Simply because of his lyricism and his crazy ass topics. Right now I believe it's somebody along the lines of J. Cole and Kendrick Lamar.
