No you just go to skywatch look for the big hive object that crashed into the building, go to the left of building, you should see a fence. Go over fence and get close to door. Stand right next to the door (touching) have your side faced to it, then hold out your ghost. If it doesnt say you can spawn sparrow then reposition yourself until it says it. Then turn to door, spawn sparrow and the front of it should be stuck inside the wall. As soon as it spawns boost into the wall and hopefully you'll get inside of the building. From there just try find out how to get past invisible barriers by sliding against them to find where it ends.
