New exotic idea. Born from forum tears.
It's a helmet.
It's hunter class. Cause they have the lowest armor defense, and cry most about thorn being op.
Main perk.
This helmet reduces damage from damage over time. 20% reduction.
Grenades that set u on fire, throwing knives, Melees, and most importantly THORN.

Just came up with a better idea, all class armor: damage DoTs do not prevent you from beginning to recover health they merely slow it down. Or Thorns DoT is only applied within a certain range but is more powerful
