*A group of my men, a mix of snipers and spetsnaz assemble to track down this cult leader. They will have the full cooperation of the citizens and military. They have the power to detain anyone who interferes for questioning but lethal force is to be used at the last resort. They begin their search in the civilian district. The similar apartment blocs all line the street. If the cult is hiding in camp it's here. In addition, the entire camp is now being patrolled by mechanized teams with APCs.
