If we're talking PvP, and [b]all[/b] snipers, efrideets with final round. If we're talking [b]new[/b] snipers, I would pick praedyths revenge or Patience and Time.

Praedyths and PaT aren't new in the slightest but those are still great choices

Sorry, I meant snipers without final round, since that isn't on new snipers.
