Bungie,
If you are going to temporarily ban people for backing out of a game why post this....
Just found this a little while ago. Also, exploiting the game is not backing out of a game. You should see Bungie giving this guy a parade. https://www.bungie.net/pubassets/39472/surfsup.jpg http://i.imgur.com/tGjtuPi.gifv https://www.bungie.net/en/News/News?aid=12990 Tell me now, is this not an exploit? In-fact it looks like a cheeze to me. Yet they award him with it being on their weekly update honorable mention.

Oh I see. However, that is a respawnable character in a situation that could rarely happen. You couldn't do that over and over, and even if you did, what benefit would it be to you and others? Backing out of matches to target weaker players is wrong. I don't have the time to invest in pvp, so I just don't play it. I don't have thorn, or other exotics that requires crucible, because I don't have time to do them. Maybe I will someday, but until then when I can do it fairly, I just suck it up and keep playing.

You sir definitely deserve the ban. You exploited the system by quitting and not getting a loss. Often times you gave other people a loss because you were too scared to play the game (my only loss in trials came about this way).

Edited by Skillets: 6/7/2015 11:58:51 PMBungie warned they would be banning for it. People who kept doing it got what they deserved. Accept that there will be better players and that you will lose if they are better. Trials was meant for actually skilled players, not kids who Ddos or backout their way to Mercury. People felt like Bungie wouldn't have the balls to ban them, they've clearly never seen the Halos. The Banhammer shows no mercy.

It happened to me. Bungie cant force us to play against teams we find its better than ours. We paid for the expansion, we play with whoever we want. If Bungie wants to force us to play with the matchmaking guys, it is their obligation to fix and mark the early escape of a matchmaking as a loss, instead of banning like this. Thinking of filing a law suit, since i have the right to play what ive paid for.

Very touching. I attempted trials once and got destroyed. I doubt I'll ever see Mercury

Please tell me how that was an exploit? He died along with the captain, furthermore how is it hurting anybody like people backing out of a trials match is? Your logic is flawed and you have failed trying to make a comparison to this situation, if you think it is fair for people to pick their opponents then you should really stick to regular crucible, because it's fine there, but trials is suppose to be the best of the best getting to the lighthouse and now it's filled with all these cheaters...
First off, finding a group that can play is impossible it seems.

I am upset that you would go to this extent of putting the best out there for the best. OUR lives cannot revolve around your game. We cannot enjoy a game that consumes our lives. We need breaks, we need things hard, but not next to impossible.

We simply are doing our own match making.
Do not have anything in your post I disagree with, but highlighting those 3 points, It shows Bungie has an extremely rigid and corrupt view on Matchmaking. "Oh you have to find your own endgame fireteams, Oh you are not allowed to find your own opponents." Not touching ToO, but I do not necessarily agree with banning people that quit so they didn't face someone whos already been to lighthouse.
