Just keep final round from being a one-hit, but don't take them out entirely.

Thats impossible for snipers like efrideets because a body shot does around 183/200 dmg. And final round gives that bullet a 30% dmg increase. [spoiler][i]Halo announcer: OVERKILL.[/i][/spoiler]

Haha. Yeah I know it wouldn't make sense, but honestly if they leave it as a one-hit, they should allow you to roll it now.
