[u][b]*imitating Deej [/b][/u] (unofficial, obviously) So for the last week here in the Bungie Studios we have been mostly discussing how to fix the player experience of Destiny. (Did you like the end to the Treasure Key Famine?) Even though a lot of you Guardians don't think we're listening, I assure you that we ARE! I hope this deeply discussed Update will quieten your cries. [b][u]WEAPON FIX[/u][/b] A couple of weeks back we issued a weapon rebalancing which vastly increased the usage of Pulse Rifles but sadly put Auto Rifles into the Vault. So here is our hopeful attempt to fix this problem finally! [b][u]Auto Rifles [/u][/b](ARs) • TTK (time to kill) has been increase across the board to roughly equal pulse rifles with the same damage type. • fast FR (fire rate) AR's will have an increase in base damage to roughly equal the DPB (damage per bullet) on the Bad Juju [b](Let the Necrochasm loose Guardians!)[/b] We are aware of the over usage of certain Exotic Hand Cannons. Statistically the most used primary weapon in the game for ToO and IB was Thorn for the past few months. A fix to hopefully even things out. [b][u]Exotic Hand Cannons[/u][/b] [b]Thorn[/b] •reduced DOT (damage over time) to '5' in PvP environments only. •'send it' perk is swapped with the 'QuickDraw' perk. [b]The Last Word[/b] •the effective range has been vastly reduced •slight increase to base impact and magazine size [b]Hawkmoon[/b] •perk 'stacking' ability has been remove from PvP environments only. [b][u]WORLD FIX[/u][/b] [u][b]Mercury Social Space [/b][/u](the Lighthouse) •added random lobby for Guardians, to make it more 'social' (like the tower and the Reef) [b][u]Optional Matchmaking[/u][/b] So this has been highly requested from many Guardians for 'endgame' content but due to our previous philosophy we have dissed this subject. But times have changed and we have seen the struggle that this gives to many. We know about your large Friends List and the wasted, long time spent on LFG forums so we have implemented an IN-GAME LFG system in social spaces that have customisable matchmaking options! I hope this will help the Casual players! [b][u]Vault Space[/u][/b] With the recent launch of The House of Wolves, vault space has become a major prom bel for many guardians again even though we recently discussed this issue. Sadly due to hardware restrictions we have to limit this section to Next Generation Consoles (PS4 & XBOX ONE). •the Speaker in the tower now has highly customisable Vault sorting and expanding options once you increase you 'relationship' (rank) with him. •these upgrades will come at a high glimmer price.
