So basically we either want to have matchmaking for most things or to not have matchmaking for most things. Is that the gist of it?

I've been reading posts off and on for awhile and there seems to be people who like matchmaking and people who don't like it. I like the idea of matchmaking and there should be more of it. I just wanted to make sure I had the main ideas of everyone in this thread summed up.
