Oh no, but it does matter. If that someone who is making his cash and getting income under the radar via "donations" and it's not reported as monies earned or taxed it can basically be considered a gift. If the legitimate monies that are payed out by the hosting service itself doesn't add up to "x" amount then that person is able to use government provided aid which is paid for by taxpayers like you and myself. It has the possibility of being [i]exactly[/i] like a drug dealer. Drug dealers are just doing what they love though, so it's all good in the hood right?
