mate, it's pretty obvious that all the guns aren't performing the way they should be because else you would see more auto rifles in crucible and all the gun genres would be equally used to what players like to use (As YOU basically said), not on what can kill people the best, so Auto Rifles aren't performing the way they should it's like they're not even existent in the game... you probably don't want them to be buffed or Hand cannons and pulse rifles to get nerfed because they're your favourite type of guns. You wouldn't be happy if you couldn't use your favourite type of gun would you, urgh. -_-
