Here is my theory of the 347 Vesta Dynasty.
Update is at the bottom. 347 Vesta Dynasty is slated for "The Taken King"

Parts of this were/are right. Others are not.
Sunday, December 13th, 2015.
Which happens to be... The 347th day of 2015, marks a very important anniversary.
In 1972, December 13th marked the last day a human being would set foot on the moon.
That's 43 years ago. 4+3=7 == 3+4=7 (347)
Bungie loves 7
It's made apparent quite often in Destiny that humans haven't set foot on the moon in a while.
It made an in-game appearance in a screenshot, in the Terminus, being held by a hunter, which can be seen here.
Vesta
Astronomy. the third largest and one of the four brightest asteroids.
The moon could be considered the 4th "asteroid" (celestial body) from the sun.
Dynasty
A sequence of rulers from the same family, stock, or group.
This could go along with the Jade Rabbit emblem. For those of you who don't know the meaning behind the emblem, it's as follows.
An early mention that there is a rabbit on the Moon appears in the Chu Ci, a Western Han anthology of Chinese poems from the Warring States period, which notes that along with a toad, there is a rabbit on the Moon who constantly pounds herbs for the immortals. This notion is supported by later texts, including the Taiping Yulan encyclopedia of the Song dynasty. Han Dynasty poets call the rabbit on the Moon the "Jade Rabbit"
Look as well at "Yutu"; Chinese for Jade Rabbit. It was an unmanned lunar rover. The mission lasting from 2002 to 2003.
Immobile since 25 January 2014, 42 days after landing.
42 AFTER landing, count the day of landing and again. 43. 4+3=7
January (1), 25 (2+5=7) in 2014 (2+1+4=7)
It landed December 14th, 2013. Literally 1 day after the anniversary of the last human being on the moon.
People are saying that "No, it was suppose to be part of this DLC but got scrapped", I say, no. Are we all forgetting that Husk of The Pit dropped during the Destiny Demo as an accident? It was bound for DLC 1, but dropped before the games release.
Maybe 347 Vesta Dynasty is actually bound for DLC 3?
A lot of you are claiming "They have the same description, one just has commas & the other has dashes. As well as the names being very similar.
Perhaps the 347 Vesta Dynasty is to the Vestian Dynasty as the Excalibur is to the Excalipur.
The Excalipur was simply a poor copy of the Excalibur to fool the ones who thought they'd obtained the legendary sword.
Vestian Dynasty could be The Reef's (The Queen's) attempt at making a 347 Vesta Dynasty, fooling the ones that had found the "cache" of weapons. However the REAL VESTA DYNASTY resides in another cache.
However; the queen seeks to find it for her own personal gain and lead the guardians to believe they've already found the legendary cache of weapons.
----
To add to this; the "David" and "Goliath" perk noted on 347 Vesta Dynasty. That story is from the Bible. First off, we know Bungie pretty much based a lot of "Halo" on the Bible. And the story of "David & Goliath" is in "1 Samuel 17"
A reference to 117?
----
It will (in my theory) become attainable on December 13th, 2015, exactly 43 years after we left the moon.
Or perhaps something more? Perhaps there is more to this theory.
