Nerf or remove Gjallarhorn!
For too long the Gjallarhorn has been a crutch for PvE players! All I can see on the recruitment channel LFG's is 'must have maxed out Gjallarhorn' it's been this way for quite some time! Bungie need to step up, either nerf this weapon or even better the addition of new go to weapons with a slight increase in drop rate. There needs to be more variation, similarly just as PvP has Thorn, PvE has the Gjallarhorn. Why are we being forced into using these 'go to' weapons! Good job Bungie!
This may look like a whine post (and you might be right) but you know deep down I'm stating a legitimate fact!

1 ReplyI couldn't get Gally for the longest time... Now I've got one for each character and I have dismantled 6 haha.... Get on that grind son! RNGesus rewards the dedicated, not necessarily the worthy ;) There are plenty of chances to get exotics ( multiple raids/ nightfalls/ PoE/ ToO.... All which you can do three times a week... Drops increase with every dlc making it easier and easier to get exotics.

Also if you haven't done the thorn bounty then your in for a real good time.... They earned the thorn and have the right to use it. Pps your salty tears are delicious

Start your own group on LFG then and make your own requirements.

People that require you to have it are bad at the game to put it simply. I have it and only use it when I choose to. Just look for a different group or something. Thing is though man, it's an exotic, it's supposed to be good. If we remove it then we would be out a good rocket launcher. It's a good weapon, just ignore those posts that require it. Same thing with thorn, people whine and complain all the time but it's an exotic, it's supposed to be good, that's why it destroys in pvp.

1 ReplyYou haven't even played for 9 days. I didn't get my horn until somewhere north of 450 hours. Unless you do 3 vog, 3 crota, and 3 nightfall consistently for months you have no reason to whine. And I did all raids at all difficulties without a horn.
