Someone threatened Broman and his fiancé on stream, and Broman said that it was likely that he was going to press charges (given that said person threatened Broman via the message accompanying a tip, which provided Broman with his email and therefore means of tracking him). The reason that OP was banned was for likening Broman to said person for previously saying that he would punch someone who was blatantly rude to someone he cared for. He was even going to get off without being banned, if not for the fact that he didn't continue reinforcing his point even after receiving an adequate response.
