Could be that it's not an instant reaction on YouTube though. They can read it, get angry, calm down then forget all about it before they make a new video. Not defending streamers being asses, just saying YouTube isn't real time so you can think things through a lot more

Yeah. You'd think they'd have realised no matter what you do there will be haters haha. It's the same in every other business so why wouldn't twitch have them
