59 RepliesSilly question. We're on the same team. Think of it as a football team. In order for a team to be effective in the game, it needs an offensive squad (who is there to move the ball downfield, and put points on the board) and a defensive squad (who is tasked with preventing the opposition from scoring). If you think of the Mentors as the Bungie Community "offensive squad", their activities (of helping users with the site, with game issues, welcoming fellow members and doing their best to make everyone feel welcomed) then they do their job well and frequently score. If you think of the Ninja as the Bungie Community "defensive squad", they run zone, pattern and man-on-man defense in order to stop and prevent disruptions to the community and those rule-breakers from "getting any points".

18 RepliesEdited by savage coco: 6/5/2015 2:43:43 PMI had an issue & tried to get a hold of multiple ninjas & they did nothing, except 2 of them. Those two ninjas were awesome & actually wanted to help me with what was going on. Spoke to a couple mentors & they tried to help me best they could. There wasn't much they could do because they were only mentors, but they still tried to do what they could. I definitely like the mentors more because they actually try to help, not just ignore you (minus the 2 ninjas that actually helped.)
