Perm Banned from Broman & KingGothalion's Twitch for...
just asking him if ever use any weapon other than Thorn and Matador (uses it as primary btw), and I get perm banned. lol
Also, called out ProfessorBroman for saying he would punch someone in the face at a meet and greet if they said something rude to his friend. Then proceeded to say, that he would instead pay a person to beat someone up because he's getting that "Twtich money".
Why are these streamers so damn sensitive and defensive. If that's how you play, just own up to it and not be ashamed. I was legitimately curious to see how he would play with something other than those weapons.
I think the exposure that Goth and Broman is getting from the Destiny community is starting to go to their heads.
And these are the guys Bungie supports and represent this game in the community? Desperate measure I guess for desperate times.
[b]edit: [/b] I'm posting here to talk/post in a concise and honest way on my thoughts about this Streamer that Bungie clearly promotes and supports. Some of the stuff they (Goth and Broman) say and how they handle anyone calling them out on their wrong doing should be pointed out, that's all. They shouldn't get a free pass to be dickish just because they are on Twitch and get supported by a developer.

[b]edit#4:[/b] I've been told that since my thread... that these guys have cleaned up their antics a bit. So it seems, they do care about what people think! In any case, I'm glad to know they are now learning how NOT to be such Dbags towards non sub viewers.

They only do it for the money no matter how hard they try to convince you otherwise goth isnt AS bad as broman but why on earth do they act almost exactly the same like when they talk to people. 90% of the time they talk to their chat like their talking to a bunch of kindergarteners. They act like they're hella good but they're not. There are way better streamers out there but people are just to stupid to check them out they see the first person streaming on destiny and are like "ah, big woe streamer haz many vieweers much have watch this azzhole insteadz of lookin at oder onez".

2 RepliesGoth doesn't use a matador, he uses an ascended two to the morgue. You were most likely perma banned because you were being a child. He can use whatever weapons he likes whenever he likes. If you had more than 6000 people watching you at any given moment wouldn't you get tired of someone who thinks they are better than you trying to tell you how to play the game? By the way your ban was or will be lifted since he does a monthly mass unbanning. Maybe try not being a child next time?

1 ReplyAstenvares is a pretty chill Destiny streamer. Spends all weekend helping people go flawless without asking for anything in return, then helps viewers with raids/Poe during the week. Also tries to talk to everyone in chat between rounds/games as well as play with viewers throughout the week. Also, plays the game for the fun of it, unlike a lot of other streamers (at least that's what it seems like).

5 RepliesYea.... I hate to agree... but it's mostly true and I've witnessed things like Broman kick someone from a raid for not having ghorn. Like wow dude.... way to set an example for all these people.... He's a 'celebrity' and therefore he has massive sway with what the community thinks is 'meta' and he shouldn't be abusing it just because he's making money. I could go on about a couple streamers but I won't do that here..... but for a 'Big Time' Streamer, Datto is actually surprisingly refreshing. He seems to only want to spread the knowledge of Destiny's systems with its users in order (and this is the important thing) for the community to be more informed about how things are working in the game. Granted almost all of his information I personally feel is common sense, but I have to remember not everyone analyzes things like I do, and it's great that there's a big name out there that can help people who cannot/do not have enough time to do so themselves.

Can't we all just sit back and watch these people instead of act like children trying to say someone is better over another? Or in this case asking things that just don't matter. If he uses thorn so what...I mean look at how many people do..... Regardless OP I'm not hating on you for your opinions I'm just saying all this hate towards streamers is enough. (Not sayin your giving hate towards them)

2 RepliesThe Destiny stream (at least the top streamers) community is pretty garbage, so I'm not surprised to hear about Goth and Broman giving in and joining the douchefest. The only streamers I've watched that have had no issues are sc_Slayerage, Broskian, MsTeamKK, itsDatto, and (obviously) GuardianRadio. I'm sure there's more, but again, there's also a lot of streamers that shouldn't be endorsed by Bungie due to their bad behavior. I'm sure the developer doesn't want to be misrepresented by endorsing someone who is a complete jerk.
