So I have already completed Skolas previously and not received the Elder Cipher Exotic Bounty. Ok Cool no problem. This week with Void Burn I complete Skolas and receive 2 Elder Cipher Exotic Bounties (1 for this completion, 1 for last completion). Okay cool as well. Then I head to the reef turn one in and it auto turns in both and picks up the next part of the quest which is to complete level 32, 34, or 35 PoE to receive the Queen's Cipher. AT THIS POINT, MY BROTHER WHO ALSO RECEIVED THE INITIAL EXOTIC BOUNTY CANNOT PICK UP THIS QUEST PART AND IS CURRENTLY STUCK. Continue on with me I complete Level 34 and receive the Queens Cipher and return to Variks to complete that part of the bounty for both of my Elder Ciphers. It completes and I am currently at the stage of waiting for Variks to be ready to return to me the Fixed Elder Cipher (I know this part can take up to 3 days). Fast forward 1 day later to me and I am completing side quests to clean out my inventory, compiling inventories of characters to clean up all notifications and inventory/vault spaces. After successfully compiling items and spring cleaning, there are 0 green floating identifiers at any location including the reef. Postmaster is clear, No Trials Cards to be turned in, All quests turned in to Petra, No Cryptarch Items waiting to be decrypted. Despite this completion, when I I am in orbit, There is the telltale blue circle with an exclamation point in it directing me to the Reef.This leads me to believe that Variks is ready for me to return. When I return there is absolutely nothing, the reef is clean. I am curious if it is possible the Elder Cipher quest is bugged at this point too. I am very aware that it is bugged at the stage my little brother is at (see above) but I am curious if it could be bugged where I am at too. Thanks, please help, and have a nice day!
