I WANT MY ELDER CYPHER BACK DESTINY

I had an elder cypher after completing the 35 PoE and I had to leave after receiving to go to basketball practice. When i returned, MY ELDER CYPHER WAS GONE!!!!! I have video proof of me receiving it and everything!!! Please help me bungie!! Please help!!!!
