Only point I agree with is pre HOW guns being rerolled with old perk pool. If you wish to reforge, then you should accept the fact that you must work with the new perk pool. Personally speaking, IB weapons from pre HOW should not be re-forgeable now anyways.

I better reforge my spear before they patch

I doubt they will patch this. Dont get me wrong, I have a few snipers with final round that I use with no guilt. I will keep and ascend them in time. But I just think that if you want to reforge a weapon from pre HoW, then it should be on the condition that the new perk pool is used, not the old.
