But with that stated, the crucible needs to be balanced for PvP to evolve. If Bungie is going to restrict the access to the guns with pre-HoW perks, then the crucible gameplay should also be restricted to as such. Doesn't mean you can't use a heavy machine gun with field scout on a PvE boss or hordes of enemies. Your gun will still be there.
