Battle Runner
Okay, got it on a Rocket Launcher and am not a fan. This should not be an optional perk for a rocket launcher or a sniper rifle. Have it on a shotgun and it's promising but does not last long enough. I'd say up it to 5 or 6 seconds from 3. Otherwise, it's marginal, at best.
