Are you pumped? Because I sure am!
I am pleased to announce that the Bungie Summer League will begin it's 3rd year of activity this weekend! What is the Bungie Summer League you ask? The Bungie Summer League is a project run by some of us here in The Community Carnage to give members of the Bungie.net community a chance to get together and play games competitively in weekly events over the summer!
Starting this weekend, we will begin hosting a weekly event, the first of ten. Community Members are welcome to join either the Red or Blue Team for the duration of the summer. (Or even beyond!) Both the Red and Blue Teams will compete every weekend to bring home a point from each event. At the end of the summer everything is tallied up and a team crowned the Champions.
In the event of a tie a special tie-breaker event will be held.
This first week we'll be revisiting a classic staple of the Bungie Summer League, Halo: Reach for the Xbox 360. Be sure to keep a close eye out for the sign up thread over the next day or two here in The Community Carnage. We'll also be keeping a thread over in Bungie Summer League to help organize the various threads the events will produce over the summer. If you've participated in the past you'll notice we're further integrating events with the main Carnage group.
If you don't own Halo: Reach (Or even a Xbox 360), don't fret! I'm happy to inform you that this year we'll be making a bigger effort to expand our horizons to new games and consoles to ensure that as much of the community as possible is able to participate. I'll see y'all in-game.

Guess I need to get my 360 hooked back up. Also, Blue Team rules!
