There is currently an issue with the Ward of Dawn (titan bubble) in which splash damage from outside the bubble damages the players inside. This bug didn't arise until after the update with special ammo in crucible being lowered. It didn't really bother me back then because I barely noticed it, but with Prison of Elders I've been noticing this happening a lot. I've also started to notice it in crucible where people can just shoot through my bubble. I hope that Bungie can address this issue soon.
