We are stuck after 3rd wave on Nightfall. There are no more enemies and the door wont open :/ What's going on? Also, last night in Crota, on the 3rd sword with the last swing, Crota wouldn't die, we tried it 10 times, he just would not die. I had a lot of friends say the same thing happened to them.
