Has it occurred to anyone else that by competing in the Prison of Elders, we're basically committing war crimes? These prisoners are basically POWs and we're executing them. Just saying. It's a lot of fun and I don't really have a problem with it, just something I got thinking about.
Edit: To those who say it can't be a war crime without the UN or other governing bodies and conventions, the prosecution of war criminals predates modern conventions. Now, as far as only the losers being the only war criminals, yeah, pretty much.

It is frowned upon to toucher (suspected) terrorist for information in prisons in America. However, what if we could treat (suspected) terrorists as terribly as we want in a prison in another country in... let's say Cuba. If we can't commit war crimes on Earth, can we commit them in a place that allows it, in a place like... lets's say the Reef? Also, history is written by the winners. The U.S.A. got away with war crimes in WWII since we won. Those in the Prison of Elders can't claim war crimes occurred. Why?
Since they are all dead. The best crime is a witnessless crime.
