Clan naming problem - not covered by HELP info
Our Clan/Group name was The Minion Horde. An admin changed it to Paladins of the Light. That's how it was displayed on our Emblems. When I went to update the name of the Clan/Group to the same, it kept coming back to Minion Horde, and said Paladins... was taken. Well, yes, we took it.
The Emblems reverted back to Minion Horde and I can't get it back to Paladins of the Light. So, I had to settle for the Lights Paladins, but none of us like it.
Can you please help us fix this?

P.S... I understand the Clan/Group distinction (kinda), but the admin stuff is not user friendly, nor clear. Can't you make Clans a one step option instead of two? Why do you have to join a group in order to join a Clan? It's confusing, and time consuming.

5 RepliesThat group name is taken by another group, unfortunately. You might want to try just "Paladins of Light." If that doesn't work, someone else might have it, but don't have their group listed/searchable.
