Your forgetting the fact that the handcannons dont have chambers for individual rounds, just one big cylinder that you put in. If its like that with hand cannons, dont you think it would be like that with every gun in some way shape or form? Its a game set in the future, meaning anything is possible, one of them guns could even have an on board fusion reactor that makes bull- oh wait, there already is one. Get over it, its the future, modernization of futuristic weaponry will not funcion to how think they should if you actually held them in your hand today.
