Mine is Balmora. *stares at nothing for a while, reminiscing*

Vivec. It's so fun to walk by guards just to hear them say "We're watching you. Scum."

I haven't played in a while but I'd have to say Vivec. Mostly 'cause I'd kill a guard and take his sweet looking armor.
