*extends a hand to shake* well first and foremost I'd like to know what Valmredia is, and are you natives to this plan or travelers like us.

'Accepts handshake' The Valmredians have stayed within their home system, and are fairly isolationist in nature. I am merely an envoy from the Void Wolves, sent here to charter a trade treaty between your state and theirs.

Understood, huh your people have psykers, interesting. Our Terran Federation had a division of psychics too, unreliable those sorts. When it comes down to it Hokey religions and mind weapons are no match for a good blaster.

They just get us where we need to go, our gene-seed is unique, it repels the warp, so we need a fair amount of psykers for navigation.

Do your people not have star navigators? We use jump engines that in a sense open wormholes to our destinations.

We use tech from before the age of the Imperium, our equipment is fairly different from theirs.

I see, and what is this "imperium" you speak of? Are they hostile?

Well, the last i saw of Imperium activity was that the Imperial Guardsmen had attacked the Valmredian Republic, and I haven't heard of anything since. The Imperium of Man is a huge civilization, there is no way i could describe it.

Well in that case if you're people need assistance defending their borders we offer to send what little assistance we can.

The attack was a month or so ago, and it wasn't uninvited. Keep your men here, the whole purpose of the Void Wolves chapter is to assist those members of humanity that need it. We aren't with the Imperium for a reason. They destroy or convert everyone who doesn't follow their beliefs.

I have notified Breach, he and Mandalore should be able to put together a functional treaty.

The actual treaty would only be a formality, Valmredia's markets are fairly free minded. This is merely to acknowledge that any craft flying your colors in their space would be free from pursuit, detainment, and ejection back into the void. As a token of trust, myself and the rest of our Chapters 1st company are at your disposal, until such time as a trade route can be agreed upon between yourself, and the leader of the Valmredian Republic.
