What are ideal perks for a Silimar's Wrath?

I just rerolled it a couple times and got the same perks as Atheon's Epilogue. I know stability's important on the types auto rifles, but what else can make them worthwhile?

You'll get more out of the 2 or 3 weapon parts than you will out of that airsoft gun
