Endgame content is basically by definition not for everyone.

it should be open to everyone not just those who are willing to go onto lfg sites, I had 2 mates who once came with me into the VoG and we joined another group from lfg and my friends got kicked because ''there gear was not good enough'' for normal mode yet they are both lv30's, since then they have both given up with destiny
