IDGAF how u get ur weapons, as long as u know how to use them, if u bought it from xur, congrats! Enjoy ur new gun, it's pretty awesome, not as good as icebreaker but it's pretty awesome nonetheless

I decided to buy it just because. It could help me later on. Not that bad since strange coins drop like candy in the PoE small chests.

The closest way of earning your gear is through Xur because strange coins are a set reward for heroic strikes unlike rng where it's completely random. Strange coins are like tickets at an arcade, you earn them by winning then you can trade them in for rewards in this case it's Xur.

It has dropped via RNG five times, and I always dismantled it because I never used it. I can buy it if I want, and I will since I like snipers now.
