No, for two reasons: 1) Thinking that having to find people is part of the challenge is ludicrous. The content should be the challenge, not being able to play it in the first place; and 2) I played a ton of H3 MM in my day in the 45-50 range and that required more communication and teamwork than anything I've seen in Destiny PvE. If MM was good enough for the upper echelons of H3 PvP, it's good enough for Destiny PvE given nearly all of it can be completed by people with functioning thumbs who can learn through trial and error.
